I think you meant "3gp" which is a video standard for recent mobile devices. Try this site for downloading many small movies (trailers, funny videos, etc):

Your download will time out long before it is complete with that connection speed. Enlist a friend to help you by lending their quicker connection and computer before you even attempt something like that. You'll only frustrate yourself if you use a 24.4 dial-up connection for downloading files of that size.

There is no possible way that you mean "3G" movies, nor is there any chance that you will download such a monstrocity in less than two weeks with such a slow internet connection.
On top of all this, there is no place you can download "free" quality movies of any size unless you use limewire or another peer to peer program.
Where can I watch full movies in English online?
