Hispanic or Latino of any race were 13.03% of the population. There were 100 households out of which 38.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 54.0% were Marriagemarried couples living together, 8.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 35.0% were non-families. 29.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 5.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.54 and the average family size was 3.25. In the town the population was spread out with 31.4% under the age of 18, 6.9% from 18 to 24, 34.9% from 25 to 44, 23.8% from 45 to 64, and 3.1% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 33 years. For every 100 females there were 119.3 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 126.6 males. The median income for a household in the town was $35,625, and the median income for a family was $46,250. Males had a median income of $34,643 versus $20,000 for females. The per capita income for the town was $18,943. About 11.4% of families and 10.6% of the population were below the poverty line, including 20.6% of those under the age of eighteen and none of those sixty five or over.
