Check you local BP. Here they often carry the more rare fuels, such as ethanol, and turbo blue

Most all of them. Look at the pump next time you fuel up. There should be a sign somewhere around it saying that it may contain 10% ethanol. It's become a fairly standard oxydizer since MBTE was found to be a water table pollutant.
