What can I do to reverse RSI symptoms like cold and numb fingers?

    Stop doing the repetitive activity that caused it.

    There really isn't anything else that will stop the progression of RSI, much less reverse the damage.

    You can try taking anti-inflammatories, such as ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin) or naproxen sodium (Aleve). You can ice your injury to reduce swelling.

    But the only thing that will actually stop the damage from progressing is to stop what you're currently doing that causes it.

    Surgery can sometimes reverse the damage, but if you continue performing the activity that caused it, you'll only undo the surgery benefits over time.
