Hispanic or Latino of any origins were 6.38% of the population. There were 14,569 households out of which 31.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 33.2% were Marriagemarried couples living together, 20.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 41.4% were non-families. 34.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 12.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.42 and the average family size was 3.13.
