The average household size was 1.40 and the average family size was 2.09. In the city the population was spread out with 0.9% under the age of 18, 0.5% from 18 to 24, 3.0% from 25 to 44, 16.7% from 45 to 64, and 78.9% who were 65 years of age or older.
