In D1 baseball if starting pitcher pitches 4 inn and has the lead but they only play 7 inn cause run rule is in effect, does he get the win?

You're reading If a manager goes to mound, takes out the pitcher, the new pitcher warms up with 6 pitches, and then before he faces a batter the manager takes him off the mound and calls for another pitcher. Can this be done?
