You're reading Do you actually believe that MENOPAUSE makes you gain weight?!

Hi!
I agree with you but what most people tend to do is let themselves gain weight without doing what we HAVE to do: be more careful than ever with what we eat and do more exercise than before and we'll be able to control that weight gain! Do you agree?!

eat helthy and exercise with resistance training, and cardio and daily walking. I have clients to prove it - they are living testimony. and stay off medication; many meds slow the metabolism and de-regulate the body. most people by age 40 are a walking pharmacy and coincidentally start gaining weight (or, they keep weight on after having babies). That is my input. Will add more when I turn menopausal.

It’s easier to put the blame on “MENOPAUSE” and let yourself go with the “blow”.
Exercise and healthy eating habits require a lot of will power and sacrifice but in the end, the results are rewarding.
I myself am also a living testimony: When I let myself get carried away by gluttony, it doesn’t take very long before I’m bloating and no longer feeling comfortable in my already too large sized clothing (those extra kgs that I gained in my thirties have been with me and don’t seem to want to go away although, losing them wouldn’t be all that favourable at this age).
When I set my mind to it and put aside the daily bread with butter, the occasional dessert, the fried foods and the repeated dish when the food is tasty accompanied by the necessary exercise, I quickly lose that additional fat and in no matter of time I’m back feeling comfortable in my favourite clothes!
