Do you actually believe that MENOPAUSE makes you gain weight?!

    I think that hormones
    (and the lack of hormones)
    are very chemically active and important...and that yes they can cause weight gain.

    It’s easier to put the blame on “MENOPAUSE” and let yourself go with the “blow”.
    Exercise and healthy eating habits require a lot of will power and sacrifice but in the end, the results are rewarding.
    I myself am also a living testimony: When I let myself get carried away by gluttony, it doesn’t take very long before I’m bloating and no longer feeling comfortable in my already too large sized clothing (those extra kgs that I gained in my thirties have been with me and don’t seem to want to go away although, losing them wouldn’t be all that favourable at this age).
    When I set my mind to it and put aside the daily bread with butter, the occasional dessert, the fried foods and the repeated dish when the food is tasty accompanied by the necessary exercise, I quickly lose that additional fat and in no matter of time I’m back feeling comfortable in my favourite clothes!
