With AB 5.0, and variable rating of answers, will down rating become more acceptable?

I doubt it, the best way to make downrating more acceptable, as many of us constantly, state, would be to comment as to why a downrating occured and was justified.

I think the new scale of rating makes it even easier for people to hide when they do not leave comments. Now you can use what figure minus you like, not only do you not know WHY youare being down rated, you do not even know if it is a newcomer down rating just for fun or a person with a lot of knowledge and experience that is Down rating you. I think it is an even more frustrating situation.
