Excellent Question. I would love to learn. I can ride a 10 speed bicycle no handed and can even turn one to a certain degree. I'll find out where I can rent one and learn to ride one for kicks just because of this question.

No, I gave it a go but found it quite tricky. I think if you continue to put in the effort (and have an innate sense of balance) and practice you can get there.
