I would like to know how to get my name off of my ex-wifes car loan. I do not have the car I have custody of our son and she pays child support. She has been late on the payments since the divorce at about 3 months each time. My credit is ruined.

In CT., legally what can a parent do to prohibit his/her 17-yr. old child from spending time with a person in their late 20s; when there are no sexual relations involved?

I am 16 and want to be emancipated i have not been abused physically but mentally i can't stay living with my mother. My father died 3 years ago and my mom gets 800 dollars a month for me, if i get emancipated would i collect that money each month?

If I picked the winning lottery numbers and made the trip to purchase the lottery ticket with someone else's money, am I entitled to 1/2 of the winnings? I live in CT. Would each state rule the same?
