I don't see why not. My tattoo artist said just to not use A&D ointment because it pulls the color out,(or fades, if it's all black). Or, dont use anything perfumed (or scented), because it will burn. Check ingredients.

sorry to announce but the comment about using a and d ointment and it pulling the color out if false i have used a & d on all my tattoos and they still have wonderfull color and i dont know about cocoa butter but dont use ne thing with die and sent in it!

i am not sure but i use aveeno daily moisturizing and it works great!

Just stick with Vaseline Intensive care.
