What the heck is up with the way she walks?? It looks as though she's wearing flats, but walking with her toes pointed straight up. I did it as a kid as a goof - it makes you walk really stilted and gives you a jolting gait. I was wondering if she is handicapped by the way she walks.

I am a letter carrier and I have a Progressive Insurance company on my route. Everyday I ask if they've seen the latest Flo commerical. So, for Christmas they gave me a signed picture of Flo saying, "I got you covered". I have it on my night stand next to my wife's. She's a cutie. Can't waite to see her on a sitcom.

Progressive insurance refused to pay a med pay claim of $2000. I was in a wreck, was injured, and they wouldn't pay. Ipaid the premiums, but they didn't pay their honest debt. Don't buy from them if you want to be paid when due. It makes me mad every time I see their commercials.

to all you haters out there. progressives profits have increased handsomely since introducing Flo. people think ms. courtney just showed up one day and got the progressive job. doesn't work like that. started out on the small (very small) stage doing stand up. was eventually noticed and the comic troup Groundlings grabbed her. the rest they say is history. oh, as celebrities say, anything written, good or bad, is good publicity.

Sorry to differ - but according to IMDB.com, Colleen Crabtree is the actress who played the mother of the four boys in the Progressive commercial that espoused their concierge service. It ends with her closing the front door and hollering at the kids, "Who wants to practice being quiet?"
