"Only seven entrees on McDonald's menu contain no sugar, according to the movie. When I checked the nutrition information on McDonald's Web site, this appeared to be true. Because the buns contain a form of sugar, all the sandwiches have sugar in them. Even the french fries, grilled chicken and sausage patties have some form of sugar, such as corn syrup or dextrose. The seven sugar-free entrees were: bacon ranch salad, Caesar salad with crispy chicken, California Cobb salad with crispy chicken, fiesta salad, bacon, breakfast steak, and eggs. There are several sugar-free condiments and drinks on the menu."

So to answer your question - yes with the exception of the above listed salads.
