  • Practice, practice, practice..
  • It comes with practice. I don't know any other way around it. Technically, you want to slow down if you are making a lot of typos. As you begin to perfect your accuracy, speed will follow.
  • Without typos?? Probably 15 words a minute... I am a horrible typest!
  • Its took me five minutes to type this answer so dont ask me
  • And more practice and then some more...with weekly TIMED typing tests to show that what you are practicing IS WORKING! I used to be able to type 100wpm (on a typewriter) with no mistakes...but it took some major practice to get there and I'm sure I am no longer at that level...maybe 50 now. On a computer I could do 125 with no more than 1 or no mistakes....again...probably not that fast now.
  • "Practice" for accuracy, speed will come.
  • It helps to not watch your fingers to improve your muscle memory.
  • Have an extra finger surgically attached...
  • Get your hands closer to the keyboard (though right now my arms are fully extended and resting on a book, go figure). Sit however you are most comfortable but not really slouched in the chair (etc)
  • I'm 83 words a minute. 99% accuracy.
  • Practice is key, trust me.
  • Lots of practice at slower speeds where you do not make mistakes and then just speed up as you will naturally do as you get better. Timed tests will help. I did 60 WPM without error in High School but am at more like 45 or so now because I have gotten sloppy.
  • Practice is the obvious answer. But it is like any thing, you have to learn accuracy before increasing speed. I personally don't mind a few typo's, I type fairly quickly but check most things I write for accuracy of spelling and point. Because I like to make sure I have answered the question without going off on a tangent(which I am susceptible to) spelling is something I can rectify at the end. There is a big difference between looking at the keys and typing fast and touch typing. Touch typing has massive benefits when you want to transfer information to computer format. I would suggest to improve your words per minute, that you look into touch typing, as although it might only slightly improve speed to begin with, it will improve how you type dramatically.
  • Pracice. I actually learned how to type this fast in MSN messenger. =D
  • I don't know, but thanks for noticing.
  • Employ someone with a cattleprod and in about a few days you should be mistake free.............
  • When you get to a high speed it is just like driving a car. It is just automatic. You don't have to really think about it.
  • Practice and attention to detail. 2 things I have yet to master.
  • After you have done it long enough, your fingers just know where they keys are. There are online typing lessons that teach you where to put your fingers and how to hold your hands, then use practice lessons for you to copy.
  • Practice.
  • if u are right than other can do mistake.in every accident only one person is responsible and other is right
  • Practice makes Perfect!
  • I close my eyes XD
  • Practice - and invest in a good quality keyboard.
  • I have an electrical current generator hooked up to me and my computer. It "reads" the text I type, kind of like a real time spell checker. Every time I get a word misspelled, it delivers a current into my body. If I keep mispelling the same word, the current increases. I think I misspelled misdeamenor wrong ten times. I was on the floor convulsing as it felt like I was hit with a taser.
  • Spell check ! And I do make some mistakes and correct them at the end.
  • Lot's of practice but for me, fast and no mistakes don't go well together. :)
