Help answer this question below.

I have a stumbling honda civic just a few minutes after start up if left to idle. Its a 1.7 vtec no codes, no one seems to know what this is.. Help...

    Replace your air filter and clean out the gunk build-up in your Idle Air Control valve with Carburator cleaner. Replace your spark plugs, spark plug cables, and distributor cap. Make sure your timing belt is within specification.

    These are probably the most inexpensive things you can do before having to buy a new coil/distributor or other expensive solution.

    I'm not quite sure I know what you mean by "stumbling" but I'd start with a fresh set of spark plugs and wires, and go from there. 9 times out of 10, a simple tune-up will correct a "stumbling" engine.
