I doubt it. Most bodybuilders go through a "bulk" phase where they add mass. Then a few weeks before a competition go into a "cut" phase. It is touch to put on muscle and lose fat at the same time. That being said you should check out the forums on http://www.bodybuilding.com There is tons of info there.

Pills do not work. Do not take these pills. There is no reason for these supplements to be taken. If you want something for building muscle, eat eggs and skim milk as they are the first two ingredients in the protein mixes anyhow. Too much protein is bad for you and can cause kidney damage. Fat burning pills are myth, they do not work, there is NO WAY to "burn fat in the thigh, buns, and abs!". It's simply not true, and these pills usually contain stimulants and can be harmful to your health as well. They are usually also diuretics, making you pee out all the water in your body so that you lose water weight. You NEED to stay hydrated during exercise and during all day activities or your body will suffer.

If you're working out regularly, then you don't need any supplements (besides a multivitamin) to help you reach your goal. Cardio will help increase your metabolism so you burn fat more effectively, and weight bearing exercise will build muscle (which also helps your body burn fat). If you really want to kickstart your fat burning, consider limiting your carbohydrate intake to the point where your body switches to burning FAT for fuel instead of glucose (a process called lipolysis/ketosis) in addition to regular cardio and weight training.
