If i believe, the emperium IS holy property. This means is isn't weak to holy property. Note: Casting asperio on a player will change their weapon to holy property. This way, they cannot hurt the emp. You can also heal them emp. by casting sanctuary.

yes emprium is holy property and so using Orc Skel Card in your weapon your damage on the emperium will increase cause Orc Skel Card inflicts a percent damage against holy property.
