Help answer this question below.

If both of them are in their underwear n during oral sex if boy touches his penis (wet with pre-cum) with his fingers, n after dat spending some time by playing with other parts of girl's body, if he inserts his finger in vagina. Can a girl get pregnant?

    The chances aren't as high, but it is possible. Whenever sperm gets in a girls vagina, you risk pregnancy.

    Sperm + Egg = Baby. Underwear doesn't come into the equation.
    If the sperm and egg don't meet, no pregnancy. Just remember though that every ejaculation contains hundreds of millions of sperm and it only takes one to do the job.
    Pre-cum can contain sperm though the chances of getting pregnant this way are very slim.
    There is a risk of contracting a sexually transmitted infection from unprotected sexual activity. Both cum and pre-cum can carry infection. HIV and herpes are both incurable at present. If either has had other partners it would be wise to get checked for STIs at the clinic. You will realise you are pregnant when you miss your next period.
