This is on ledgendary/you need the Sputnik skull Go throught the level to the part where you are in the tank and have crossed the bridge. You'll go through many small rooms and end up in a large, square, open-top room with a building in the center (it's the one with the sheild generators). From the entrance, go to the all the way to the back and to the left. On the ledge with the turrets, There should be a big block at an angle to the corner. Jump on it, then crouch jump onto the ledge above it. From here, you can grendade jump to the next ledge, where two elites will be going through a rage animation stuck on repeat (their screaming at each other). And there's the skull. Also, if you are co-oping, you can use 8 grenades to move the block in the corner, and get to the opening behind it. Inside, two grunts had decided to steal swords and play with them (don't worry: they killed themselves with the swords). Take the fresh swords, and you can sword cancel to the ledge.
