I will answer your question in a round about manner with a few questions. Why would you limit yourself to dating anyone of any particular race or is it just preference? What is so different of how you meet someone of a different race when no matter who you meet of any race, you have, or should have a level of respect that you demand from any significant other? And lastly, to answer the question, Decide what you want from a person then make sure that those needs are met by that person over a period time. Discuss the future and make sure that you are "evenly yoked" and I think you will fine. Keep it mine, that people have to be attracted to each other. Well surfing might be one lol. Umm, I think just hanging out where there seems to be a lot of Caucasian Men in your area. Do be aware that not everyone is into casual dating. As I have dated quite a few Caucasians myself even though I am African American I know that quite a few only date my complexion (carmel or lighter) so just be careful. Best of luck & Best Wishes :)
