  • Wow... that game is 12 years old by now...it definitely will not work on any newer system unless you try very hard to find an emulator/tweak guide that will walk you through getting it to work. If you try to tweak your computer into running that old game, chances are you will really screw things up for the normal operation of your system. Under most circumstances older games like that need to run on DOS, but most new systems barely use DOS, and higher end systems run so fast that they are just to quick to pace themselves for an old game like that. Sorry, but unless you can find any type of emulator like that you are completely out of luck...a game that old will not run on any system out within the last 5 or 6 years, maybe longer.
  • If you are technically inclined, you can buy old parts off your local used computer store/garage sale?. All you really need is a motherboard w/ CPU, some old RAM, and a PCI video card (no AGP). All the other components, ie. hard drives, floppy, CD-ROM are basically the same as it was years ago so they arent hard to find. The other half of the equation is the software: http://www.emsps.com/oldtools/msdosv.htm good luck!
  • It may not work because it may run too fast. Get "MoSlo". http://www.dosgames.com has the game-slowing utility. If you can't find it, Google it.
  • You don't state your operating system; on a Linux machine, tools like dosemu and dosbox let you run dos games with no problem. (You'd have to see the documentation for those programs for details.)
  • You might try the DOSBOX emulator. It's free for download on-line. Just follow the instructions for mounting the drive with the emulator.
