    Professionally Researched. (What's this?)

Driving under the influence in Washington state is a class C felony if the person is a juvenile; has four or more prior offenses within 10 years; has ever been convicted of vehicular homicide or vehicular assault while under the influence; or has an out-of-state offense that is comparable.
