I've been on this diet now for 2 1/2 months & doing 1 hr of aerobics a day,& I don't understand why I'm not losing weight, I've lost many inches from my waist,butt,legs,etc so why no weight loss? It should have been long enough to notice a change w/weight
Whats the best way to build your arms in lifting weights what kind of weights if you dont lift weights dont answer please
