Water grape ivy regularly, but not too often. The plant tolerates dry soil to ½-inch deep. Too much water can cause leaves to yellow or the plant to shed leaves. Place grape ivy where it can receive bright, filtered light instead of direct sunlight.
Remove aphids and spider mites by wiping them from leaves. Mist grape ivy with warm water to prevent mites and aphids from returning. Look for powdery material on leaves that could indicate mold or mildew. Remove infected leaves as soon as possible.
Feed grape ivy just twice per year with a water-soluble fertilizer. Overfertilization of this plant can cause the tips of its leaves to burn.
