Early symptoms of pregnancy are : - => Missed period. => Morning sickness => Breasts becoming tender and slightly bigger. => Headaches. => Frequent urination.
-
Another symptom which happened to me- I had never heard of that and later found out it's pretty common- is cramping and getting a temperature. The very first weeks can cause that because of nidation, which is the process of the embryo implanting in the uterus.

The most obvious of course, is a missed period. Other symptoms are nausea and tender and/or enlarged breasts. But, a large majority of women have no signs whatsoever that they are pregnant at the early stages. Remember how tiny that developing fetus is at this point, its almost microscopic and since there is no movement there really isn't much to feel unless you are a victem of nausea!

poor appetite

There are a number or signs or symptoms of pregnancy, including breast tenderness, fatigue, and changes in appetite. EARLY SIGNS OF PREGNANCY • 10. Tender, swollen breasts • 9. Fatigue • 8. Implantation bleeding • 7. Nausea or vomiting • 6. Increased sensitivity to odors • 5. Abdominal bloating • 4. Frequent urination • 3. A missed period • 2. Your basal body temperature stays high • 1. The proof: A positive home pregnancy test From: http://www.babycenter.com... If you think you may be pregnant, see you doctor or visit a local Planned Parenthood for affordable care. I had all of these symptoms plus a very spitty mouth. Pleasant huh.

Every woman is different, but obviously the first sign is not getting a period. Within a few weeks, there could be nausea, vomiting and lethargy. Many women experience dry mouth as well. Other women go through it without morning sickness or other symptoms. I used to feel that I was going to get my period, but I didnt of course.

early symtoms are diff for every one you will probably miss your period and your brest may be tender you may get sick and tired .

i'm sure the first one is a missed period. Chances are someone should know before they get morning sickness. I mean who doesn't notice when they are 4 weeks late??? Yikes.

Every time I was pregnant I knew because my boobs got all tingly and sore. Other signs are fatigue, nausea, light headedness, and even weight loss and your appetite may decrease.
-
The earliest symptoms that I had were tender and engourged breasts. I never really had any morning sickness with my pregnancy. (Thank Goddess!!) Of course, a missed period is a symptom too, but I don't consider that to be 'early' in many cases. (My boobs grew and hurt before my missed period)

The earliest one: unprotected sex.

That differs from one woman to another and from one pregnancy to another. For me the first sign was severe heartburn. For others, it might be nausea or tiredness. Sore nipples or breasts are another common sign.
