In a word - salty! It has a texture similar to yogurt that has been mixed with honey, to give it an almost chewy feel, but the taste is largely plain though salty. However, what the man eats can also have a determination on the taste, not to say that if he eats strawberries it will taste like them, but it can have different tastes each time you sample it. Eh... kinda agree with the other anwsers, but it isn't always the same. It often depends on how clean they are, how sweaty they got getting there, and other factors I don't know. Sometimes it can be rather sweet and almost palpatable, sour or bitter especially if they've been holding it (almost brought to orgasm) and it has been warm for a while. It's the texture that's most annoying. It is barely salty, but not nearly as salty as sweat.

Can vary widely. Some men's semen is very salty, but some are not salty at all. A major factor is if the man sweats and does not shower daily it affects the taste dramatically, usually resulting in a deplorably digusting taste.
