On average, how many questions does Answerbag get per day?

Just as is the traffic is unpredictable for any site, this number is always changing. But to give an average number, it would be around 70.

You might consider modifying your question to 'How Many Sensible Pertinent Questions' are asked in the answerbag daily. Then the answer would be 'just a handful'.
