Yeah, the question isn't asking if a 9 yr old girl can get pregnant, its asking if a 9 yr old boy can get a girl pregnant, I believe.
And as Scifisuz said, if he's producing sperm, and is capable of ejaculating, yes.

Yes... If she started her period... However, the female body is not ready to carry a baby until age 15 or 16, so if you're asking this because you know a 9 year old that's pregnant; get the baby aborted. I'm completely against abortion except situations such as rape, or this case... If you don't get the baby aborted; then the 9 year old will more than likely die... See; pregnancy forces hormone releases that causes the body to reach full maturity when pregnant, and someone so young growing up so fast; it takes too much of the body's energy... It would most certainly kill her...

I know that a 9 year old girl can get pregnant, but I have no idea if a 9 year old boy can get a girl pregnant. There are reports of an 8 year old in China being the world's youngest father, but that was before DNA testing was available to verify the claim.

It is most unpleasant to raise an issue about the possibility or not of a 9 year old getting pregnant. She is just a child!
Since you asked the question, I would think it is possible if she reaches puberty at the early age of nine. Recently I watched a documentary about child marriages and I am disgusted with it. However I have to accept the reality that it is happening in some countries in the world.

It's almost beyond belief, but it does happen! My wife worked for years in a large regional health facility which accepted indigent and low income patients. She still remembers a time when a 9-year old girl, her young mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother came to the clinic because the 9-year old was somewhat pregnant and had never been examined!

yes. a male can produce sperm as young as 2 years old. to answer your second question, yes, it is possible to become pregnant from a 9 yr old if he came inside of you..but i agree with the replier below, that is molestation and it is frowned upon in the United States.

Both boys and girls start puberty at different ages. Although 9yo is young, I don't think it's impossible for a boy of that age to be able to produce sperm. If he can, then the chances of a girl getting pregnant by him are the same as with an older male.
