Laughing is a sign of eustress, a physiological condition associated with relaxation and happiness. Studies have linked eustress with improved immunity, better sleep and improved personal productivity. All of those have been linked with extended lifespan, though not to any particular length of time.
Though laughter won't extend your lifespan by 10 minutes for every chuckle, the circumstances that bring about laughter have been linked with factors that contribute to longer life.
