  • If it was someone at work, I'd give them the $100 if they promised to go away and stop talking to me, yes.
  • Yes, I would feel guilty. If no one claimed it, or was looking for it, I would spend it.......
  • i would give it back (even tho i need it)
  • Yes I would - it's just good Karma to do so!
  • YES - NO DOUBT -- now if I found 100.00 I would wait until someone said they lost that amount - I wouldn't just come right out and say it
  • it would never even cross my mind to keep it. that's just the way i am.
  • Absolutely...I've turned in less. My daughter found a $20 at a little food mart & I turned it in to the cashier. It is wrong to take money that you know isn't yours. Now if no one claimed it than yes, because my consience would be clear. I tried to find the owner.
  • Like others I am too honest for my own good. If someone said they had lost it before I said I had found it, then I would have no hesitation in handing it over....but you do have to wonder about some claims AFTER you said you found it...trust is not something I have in other people.
  • depends if u see the persons 100$ slip out of its pocket u would return it. but if you havnt seen the person then its yours to keep coz u aint gonna find the person and the cops arnt gonna send out a army and detectives to just find the owner of the 100$. if the owner goes into a shop or something to buy a product and relize he lost the 100$ he proply already knew someone else has taken it
