It is much easier to be a woman and get a man. Will you get a man of substance and quality? That is debatable. But if you have a vagina, you can get a man.

I think, to adequately answer this question, I need to tell a short story... A little girl and little boy are talking to one another and start a bit of show-and-tell. The little boy drops his shorts and says "I have one of these, and you don't 'cause you're a girl! So ner!". The little girl lifts her dress and says "Well I've got one of these, and my sister says that with one of these I can get as many of THOSE I want!"

Women are the sexual selectors in our current society, so they have the say. So it is far easier for a woman to get a man than visa versa.
