G'day The Answerer, Thank you for your question. While no-one knows for sure, we have reasonable suspicions of the cause of death. According to Wikipedia, an examination of his mummy conducted in 1974 found that "an abscess by his teeth was serious enough to have caused death by infection, although this cannot be determined with certainty." It also showed problems with his heart. As he died at the age of 92, old age is probably also a factor. I have attached sources for your reference.
