How long does it take the body to process and eliminate fast food?

    This depends on your metabolism. Most meals are processed within hours, however, that just gets it through your small intestine. If you have a BM after every meal -- then it will be mostly eliminated within a day. Nutrients and toxins in the food are not as easy to "process and eliminate" -- they end up in your blood stream, and are deposited in various places in your body, such as in fat cells, and in your organs. You may never completely eliminate those -- though exercise, clean eating, and a happy mind keep the immune system strong, and help it to eliminate toxins.
