Fish and other aquatic species, including crabs, can be contaminated with methylmercury, caused by industrial pollution. Medlineplus.gov reports that fetuses are particularly sensitive to the effects of methylmercury in food, and it can damage their developing central nervous systems, resulting in damage to the brain and spinal cord. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration says limited amounts of low-mercury fish and shellfish are a healthy addition to a pregnant woman's diet. Crab legs are low in saturated fat and rich in omega-3 fatty acids. They also provide high-quality protein, which is important for the health of the mother and the development of the fetus. Although some fish, especially large fish such as shark and swordfish, should be completely eliminated from the diet of a pregnant woman, low-mercury shellfish such as crabs are safe to eat in moderation. The USFDA recommends that pregnant women eat no more than 12 ounces per week of commercially caught seafood. On One Hand: Methylmercury Concern
On the Other: Advisability of Moderation

I think 'women' who are anti-women's health care are really men in female bodies to make it look like women support it. Think so too?

How many anti-women's health folks are men? It isn't their bodies involved. Why do they dislike women so? Misogyny? Isn't that special?
