I'm fifteen, my friend keeps trying to grow a beard to "get the ladies" is he out of his mind?

he might be, but it difficult to tell from facial hair alone. ;) personally, i didn't find a beard all that becoming as a teenager (and still don't).

I don't know what ladies he's trying to get but I don't find facial hair attractive. I think all guys think like that at that age...

So tough to answer this question...so many more things I would need to know about your friend....but if he thinks it will work...then more power to him. But then again...assuming he is around your age...what is he doing trying to "get the ladies"??

At 15 , he may grow a beard, but, most likely he'll look like Shaggy on Scobby Doo. I think it's best to be yourself & don't try to appear to be something your not. Besides, not all gals like facial hair. Trust me !! There will come the day that he will HATE shaving !! I HAVE to shave every day !! It gets old and it SUCKS !! Enjoy baby smooth skin while you can.

Yes. Facial hair is gross. Stubble, however, if equally applied to all areas, is not.
