  • Normal....:)
  • Mine was 127 over 60 something when I checked last week.
  • Find the perfect person, and take his blood pressure... there is no perfect recording, there is an ideal range. Systolic should be below 120 and Diastolic should be below 80 giving you a reading less than 120/80.
  • There's really no answer to that question - blood pressure varies all the time in all of us. From statistics on big groups of people the numbers 120 / 80 have been chosen as the "normal level" but really there is no such thing as a normal level. Above 145 / 90 is probably a bit on the high side and above 160 / 100 is definitely too high. Otherwise there is too much individual blood pressure variation to give an answer to what is the "perfect" blood pressure reading. • It depends on the doctors at the World Healt organization. They keep dropping it. 120/70 is what they consider Ideal but that is to sell BP prescriptions. I think 140 -150/60 to 90 would be safe. It should be different for each age group. I run 136/60 to 70 and I am happy with that and no medication.
  • im 33yrs and mine is 161/84 should be worrying?
  • Thank God I don't have to! my medications would cost me over3,000 a month if i had to pay for them out of pocket (OOP)
  • Fast answer - 120/80. Lower is better but there is also a point where lower is dangerous, too.
