    McDonald's states that all their hamburgers are made from ground meat taken entirely from the forequarter and flank of the cow. New angus beef burgers are no different; the term "angus" does not denote that the burger is made of steak, or specific cuts of beef, but rather refers to the type of cattle the beef is harvested from.
