Be careful, you will test positive for whatever drug it applies to There was a documetary about this. There was a cheescake with poppy seed topping, there was a poppy seed bagel and a plain bagel. Test results were positive for the contestants on the cake and bagel.

The poppy plant does not contain any hallucinogens. The drugs it contains are opiates which are narcotics used for pain relief. Shrooms and lsd are hallucinogens not opium.
