  • Because eating them at other times of the day can contribute to Global Warming. Also, they may have nutritional value specific to the early morning - you want to eat something with energy to start the day, but you'd want to eat something satisfying to get you through the night.
  • There aren't really any "only breakfast" foods. They are just marketed that way. I know many people who eat cereal at any time of the day. I eat toast at night for a snack sometimes. I also cook bacon and eggs for dinner sometimes.
  • I personally don't follow that old rule. My family has "Breakfast for Dinner" all the time. I love having pancakes for dinner, with sides of sausage and homefries.
  • False. I eat everything anytime all the time. That's the issue.
  • I'm of the philosiphy that nothing has to be only for one thing. I will eat cereal, eggs, pancakes, etc. for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Whenever I feel like eating it. To have rules that something should only be eaten at a certain time of day, to me that is just preposterous.
  • I have no idea, but I am not a rule-follower so I will eat pasketti for breakfast and eggs and sausage at midnight any time I feel like it.
