  • It is possible for men to have breast cancer. However, it does not occur as commonly as it does in women because their breast structure is not as developed. It is unusual for teenage boys to develop breast cancer and usually if it does form in a male, it is generally later in life. The most common form is infiltrating ductal carcinoma and affects eight out of 10 men diagnosed with breast cancer.
