A prostate-specific antigen (PSA) value of under 4 ng/ml (nanograms per milliliter) is found in most healthy men, although this does not rule out the possibility of prostate cancer. There is a 25 percent chance of having prostate cancer with a PSA level of between 4 and 10, and there is a 50 percent chance of having prostate cancer if your PSA level is over 10.
