    Rest your stomach before you eat again. Try drinking clear liquids at first such as bouillon, tea, water, lemon or herbal tea, apple juice or Gatorade. Avoid acid juices such as orange juice or caffeinated drinks.

    Diet For Nausea

    Add bland foods slowly. Good choices are soda crackers, rice, gelatin, boiled or scrambled eggs, baked or mashed potatoes, bananas or applesauce. Avoid spicy fatty or acidic foods as these food can make you nauseous.

    Call Your Doctor

    See your doctor if home treatments are not working, and nausea lasts more than a week. You might be pregnant, dehydrated, injured or infection is present.
