When you are trying to lose weight, you may be tempted to use a diet pill to speed up the process. However, it's important to note that many diet pills may cause dangerous side effects, and Zantrex is not exempt.
Caffeine-Related Effects
Since Zantrex contains caffeine, some side effects can result from that ingredient and are potentially dangerous. Those side effects include high blood pressure, an irregular heartbeat, anxiety and rapid heart rate.

According to eMedTV, there is evidence that one of Zantrex's ingredients, mate, may increase the risk of several types of cancer.

Dangers for Pregnant Women
Since Zantrex contains caffeine and other potent stimulants, it should not be taken by pregnant women.
