    Professionally Researched. (What's this?)

Antidepressants, such as Citalopram (Celexa) and Sertraline (Zoloft), are prescribed by a wide variety of doctors, such as family physicians, gynecologists (obstetricians) and psychiatrists. Obstetricians deliver babies and they often prescribe these medications for their patients with severe postpartum depression.
