    According to the chiropractic "Spinal Nerve Chart" on echiropractic.net, the neck spinal nerves function to control the head, neck and upper shoulder; chest nerves control heart, lungs, stomach, liver, kidneys and arms; abdominal region nerves control the large intestine, bladder, reproductive system, lower back, legs and feet. Pelvic and coccyx nerves control hips, tailbone and buttocks.
