Wurmple, the bug Pokémon, was first discovered in the Sapphire/Ruby/Emerald versions of "Pokémon" for Nintendo's Game Boy Advance. Unlike many other Pokémon, Wurmple's evolution does not depend on simply gaining experience points.
Type Of Evolution
Unfortunately, Wurmple's evolution is based on its "personality value," a value which cannot be influenced by the player. Once it reaches level 7, what it evolves into is essentially a random selection by the game.
Wurmple to Cascoon
Wurmple may evolve into Cascoon when it reaches level 7, depending on its personality value. In this cocoon state, it will not have any attack moves in its move set.
Cascoon to Dustox
When the Cascoon reaches level 10, it will evolve into Dustox, the poison/moth Pokémon.
Wurmple to Silcoon
Wurmple may also evolve into Silcoon when it reaches level 7, depending on its personality value. Since it is a cocoon, it will not have any attack moves in its move set.
Silcoon to Beautifly
When the Silcoon reaches level 10, it will evolve into Beautifly, the butterfly Pokémon.
