The human mind is at its most open and malleable when it is young. Social studies classes are critical at a young age, because they teach the child important lessons such as how to interact with other human beings.
Important Skills for a Complicated World
In the complicated world of 2010, young children must learn to make difficult decisions at a young age. Social studies gives children the skills to navigate the changing world.
