nice addition with the pic! I'm not so hot at adding pictures... at least you confirmed my answer as being correct as well (I don't get too many $100 bills!)

Thanks! Do you not like adding pics or does it not work some of the time?

I hate that I have to make them all a certain size before I can upload them. When I try to do it it always chops off the bit that I want to show! I'm not very good at some things on the computer :(

Really? Why do you have to re-size them? I thought AB automatically re-sized the picture to fit the screen. That's very interesting ... what happens if you try to upload a picture without re-sizing it?
by PrettyPirate on April 7th, 2007
I tried to upload one of me and my cat once, and it kept chopping either my head or his head off! It says (or it did on 4.0, haven't tried it recently) that it has to be a certain pixel size, and my partner take photos that are 3MG, so they are too big...

That sucks. Here is a really good, quick, free re-sizer: http://www.picresize.com/ It will re-size the entire picture and when you upload it to AB, it should automatically re-size it even further so it fits.

Cheers! I have bookmarked the link for next time I have something appropriate to upload :)

No worries :)

Tani, I have your answer. :) Did you ever bother clicking on that chopped off picture, after you'd uploaded it into your answer? They won't nessessarily fit in the answer box so a large pic looks chopped, but it's there, you just need to click on the pic. It will open a new AB window with the entire pic. Look here for example http://tinyurl.com/226vqh and scroll down to #12. See my barge pic? No head. Click on it.

Doh! now I feel like a twit! I did not bother to click on it, and I had no clue! shows my lack of tech savvy :)

Lol, s'ok, there are some people that still haven't figured out the new variable points slider yet, remember? :)

Thanks for your patience :)

No worries, we're all new at some point. Did I ever tell you about my first dive and rigging my tank backwards? :)
by scubabob on April 7th, 2007
Doh! That sounds like it could be dangerous when underwater :)

It never got that far, the instructor caught it, but I felt like an idiot until I realized half the class were in the same mess. We were all new.

Learning will do that to you, eh! :)
