You dont get your money back. That's the point of a scam. And you deserve it for trying to cheat the system.
You probably can't. If they sent you a diploma - even if it's totally worthless in the real world - then they delivered what they promised.
I think you graduated with a doctorate in gulibility. There is no diploma for that.
